SHIPPING
1. South African Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent to your nearest Pudo locker.
- These are:
- A) ORDERS OVER R650.
- B) ORDERS TO PRETORIA EAST.
- C) ORDERS TO THE MOOT AREA.
- (High risk and Outlying areas excluded)
- (A1 Posters and larger excluded)
2. All other local shipping is normally handled by Pudo and costs vary from around R49 to R200 per package, depending on size and delivery options selected. This is discussed with each client before every transaction. We also use Paxi and The Courier Guy as circumstances dictate.
3. US Customers don’t need to worry about tarrifs.
- Your shipping will be calculated beforehand and your order will be delivered to your door with insurance.
- No hidden costs, taxes or any other nasty surprises. 😎
- We have started pricing high demand items with a Final Delivered USD total for your convenience.
4. International Shipping is handled by FedEx and UPS at a much lower cost than you’d expect from a small business.
5. We will always encourage bundling, whether shipping locally or internationally. Multiple items in one package cuts costs immensely, and splitting a shipment between a friend or two gives you unmatched value for money. Especially with our low South African Prices.
Policies
1. At Weird Aunty Mildred, we are unreservedly committed to an outstanding level of customer service and transparency. The nature of our business however, does not allow for returns or refunds. All sales are final.
2. All our adverts include a detailed and honest description of each item. A short video can be provided if required, and more photos are also not a problem.
3. Weird Aunty Mildred is exclusively an online store. We don’t have a showroom or physical shop that clients can visit. Customers are however, more than welcome to come and view an item in person at our Rietondale premises, if this is possible for them.
